You may have noticed, I am a bit of a denim fiend. Recently, I've fallen in love with Liverpool Jeans. I teamed up with Liverpool Jeans team to showcase some of their new fall denim trends, which includes crop flare, side embroidery, front ankle slits, center stitching, studded embellishments, and side zippers. First off, I have to say, Liverpool Jeans have an incredible denim material; they have comfort, quality, and fit down to a science. The material is stretchy, thick, and holds its shape. The jeans form to my body, leaving no unwanted-excess material or gap at the waist. For sizing and height reference throughout these trends, I am wearing size 4's, and I'm 110 lbs and 5'4".
Crop Flare + Side Embroidery
The first trends are the crop flare and side embroidery. I wasn't sure if a crop flare silhouette would work with my height of 5'4", but when I tried them on, I was pleasantly surprised how nice they looked! They looked great with white Ked's, but I liked how the black embroidery popped with the black heeled boots. I think this pair is a fall score because it has not only one hot fall trend, but two! I finished the look off with a knitted, ivory sweater, black belt, and wide brim, warm-gray hat.

Front Ankle Slits + Center Stitching
The second trends are front ankle slits and center stitching. This pair was the most flattering overall. The dark denim wash, vertical, center stitching going up the legs, and high-waisted cut made my legs look slimmer and longer. They may be made out of magic--to be determined. I love how low-rise shoes look with them, so the whole slit frame is uninterrupted. I styled the jeans with a matching jeans jacket, winter print sweater, suede espadrilles, and corduroy cap.

Side Zippers + Studded Embellishments
The last two trends I've been noticing a lot this fall are side zippers and studded embellishments! These trends don't always go together, but I think they compliment each other. Like all the above jeans, these are incredibly comfy. I love where they hit at the ankle; it allows for styling of sneakers, flats, and boots. I styled this look with a color block sweater, brown canteen crossbody with matching brown boots, and a tan wide brim hat.

ReplyDeleteThanks for reaching out! I actually thrifted it from the men's section at a local Goodwill. I tend to find the best quality sweaters there with an oversized fit. I highly recommend! Sometimes I score a great sweater like this for $5!
