Where to Buy Vintage Band Tees

 

 

Recently, I went on a hunt for band tees. I've purchased shirts at concerts and found a few here and there over the years; I still had the urge to add some classic bands to my collection. I looked all over my hometown for tees at vintage stores, but they are $80+. If that's in your budget, go for it! The tees are awesome, but I was looking for something more around $20-$30, so I kept looking. I couldn't find anything at thrift stores due to the high demand. I finally had great luck finding affordable tees at Hot Topic. I feel like Hot Topic gets a bit of a rep of being only for teen emos, but they offer a legit selection of band tees for everyone. The cotton quality is the softest that I tried on, and the selection was the biggest. They offer classic bands to brand new artists and often have deals and sales. I've also had good luck at Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, and Rue 21 for band tees at reasonable prices. So, if you're in the market for band tees, I recommend checking out Hot Topic, Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, and Rue 21. Yes, you may see some emo teens at Hot Topic and hear blaring music, but the tee selection is worth it, so suck it up. haha Shopping online is a solid option as well. Where do you find band tees?
